Real estate agent and super sleuth Cindy York is full of the Christmas cheer this season. She has a major closing on a luxury home coming up within days, and is looking forward to a fun-filled holiday with her family.

At the last minute, the closing is canceled when the attorney flubs the title search. Cindy's boss and BFF Jacques Forte is furious with the attorney for making such a ridiculous mistake. Cindy manages to keep Jacques from becoming the next Scrooge by convincing him to play Santa at the annual Christmas party. But when the attorney is found dead and video footage shows the murder was committed by someone in a Santa suit, Jacques soon become the prime suspect. Cindy will need to prove her friend's innocence and sleigh the deal or else no one will be rocking around the Christmas tree! ​​
